“40 % of Delhi Region still remains deprived of Sewer facilities ”

Minister , Government of Delhi severely criticized the CM Sheila Dixit
who is in the habit of shifting the blame over to the Central government for poor performance of
the police and DDA .

Sewer and water supply are directly under the control of Delhi government but
even where sewer lines exist , they are in poor shape , Drain water flows on
the streets or in the storm water drains
freely mixing with supply of drinking water . This situation has been
causing severe water borne diseases in
the capital city . The CM has already accepted that she is unable to supply pure drinking water to a large part of
Delhi’s population , something for which she feels ashamed . “
Professor Jagdish Mukhi was out
on a door to door canvassing in Chandranagar under ward 117 of his constituency . He was blessed by the
holy priests at Hareram Hanuman Mandir and
the local Gurudwara . Others
accompanying him in the pre-election trail included Mandal Pradhan Balraj
Solanki , Smt. Jagdamba Chauha , Jitendra Dua , office bearers of the Residents
Welfare Association , R.k.Arora, Kamal Dhimgra , Harbans Bhareja and over a hundred workers from the Mahila
Morcha of the BJP .
“How can the CM shift the blame
for rapes in the city and the growth of
slums to the Center considering that there too it is her own party that is
in power .”
Prof. Mukhi reminded the people that four water treatment
plants have recently been
privatized and the whole process is
under CBI scrutiny for a number of alleged irregularities .
“ Millions of Rupees have been
spent on advertising the achievements of Delhi Government . The people of Delhi
can see through these deceptions intended to cover up the anti-people policies
of the Congress government in Delhi . They will give a suitable reply through their verdict on December 4 , 2013 .

प्रो. जगदीश मुखी, विधायक एवं पूर्व वितत मंत्री, दिल्ली सरकार एवं भाजपा उम्मीदवार द्वारा आज अपनी जनकपुरी विधानसभा क्षेत्र के वार्ड न. 118 के सी -2 ब्लाक में मतदाताओं से संपर्क हेतु पदयात्रा की गई जो गुरुद्वारा से होते हुए श्री गीता प्रचारिणी सनातन धर्म मंदिर पर जाकर समाप्त हुई। पदयात्रा में प्रो मुखी स्थानीय पार्षद श्रीमती रजनी ममतानी, मंडल अध्यक्ष श्री नवीन वाही और सी 2-ब्लाक की रेजिडेंट वेलफेयर के पदाधिकारीगण भी शामिल थे जिनमे सर्वश्री एस.के. चौधरी,श्री आर.डी. छोकरा, श्री अरविंद रोमित्रा, श्री प्रवीन गुलाटी आदि सहित युवा मोर्चा अध्यक्ष श्री अनिल के साथ ही भारतीय जनता पार्टी के सैंकड़ो कार्यकर्ता शामिल थे।
मतदाताओं एवं कार्यकर्ताओं को सम्भोधित करते हुए प्रो. मुखी ने स्मरण करवाया कि हाई कोर्ट व सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पवित्र यमुना नदी के मामले में दिल्ली सरकार कि कार्यप्रणाली पर पिछले 14 वर्षो से अधिक के कार्यकाल में अधिक 14 से अधिक बार चिंता प्रकट करते हुए दिल्ली सरकार को फटकार लगाईं परन्तु सरकार ने कोई उपयुक्त कदम नही उठाए और अब यमुना पहेले से 14 गुणी अधिक मेली हो गयी है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पहेले भी चिंता प्रकट करते हुए कहा था कि यमुना को नदी कहना गलत है वह तो एक गन्दा नाला बनकर रह गयी है। हमारी महान पवित्र नदी यमुना के गंदे नाले में परिवर्तित होने का पाप दिल्ली की शीला दिक्षित सरकार ने किया है। राजधानी दिल्ली में बेहने वाली लगभग 22 किलोमीटर लम्बी यमुना अपनी कुल लम्बाई का मात्र दो फीसदी हिस्सा है, जबकि इसके कुल प्रदूषण में दिल्ली की हिस्सेदारी 80 फीसदी से अधिक है। दिल्ली में प्रतिदिन 400-450 लाख लीटर मलयुक्त गंदा पानी घोषित तौर पर बगैर शोघन के यमुना में प्रवाहित होने के कारण इतनी गंदगी मृत यमुना को नाला बनाने के लिए काफी है।
प्रो. मुखी ने यह भी कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार ने सैंकड़ो बार यमुना के शुद्धिकरण कि घोषणा की, विदेशों के चक्कर लगाए, हजारों करोड़ रुपए खर्च किए, नई नई योजनाएं बनाई परन्तु यमुना का पानी पीने के योग्य होना तो दूर, नहाने व स्पर्श करना भी बीमारियों को न्योता देना है। यमुना के पानी में मछलियां व जलचर भी जीवित नही रह पाते। यमुना में गंदे नालो को गिरने से रोकने के लिए कदम नही उठाये गए। गंदे नालो में लगने वाले ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट और सारे गंदे नालो को समानान्तर नहर द्वारा खेतों की ओर ले जाने वाली योजनाएं अधर में लटकी हुई हैं। दिल्ली सरकार कि इस आपराधिक लापरवाही से न केवल दिल्ली कि पौने दो करोड़ जनता के स्वास्थ से खिलवाड़ हो रहा है एवं दुनिया भर में भारत की नाक कट रही है।
गंगा और यमुना भारत की संस्कृति के मानबिन्दु हैं। यमुना सूर्य कि पुत्री, श्रीकृष्ण की पटरानी और देश के पवित्रम् तीर्थो कि जननी है। देश और विदेश के पर्यटक दिल्ली में यमुना के दर्शन के लिए आते हैं और यमुना कि दुर्दशा देखकर खून के आंसू रोते हैं। लगभग 3 हज़ार करोड़ रुपये दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा कर्च किये जा चुके हैं परन्तु नतीजा ढाक के तीन पात।
प्रो. मुखी ने कहा कि यमुना के प्रदुषण के पाप के लिए दिल्ली कि जनता दिल्ली सरकार को कभी माफ़ नहीं करेगी और आने वाले 4 दिसम्बर को एक एक करके जवाब देगी।

Professor Jagdish Mukhi,
Legislator and former Finance Minister, Government of Delhi is once again the
BJP candidate from this constituency. Professor Mukhi addressed a meeting of
over a hundred party workers from Ward No. 118 and there after went through a Padyatra in blocks C6A, C6B and DESU Colony. He was
accompanied by the MCD Councilor Mrs. Rajani Mamtani ,
Officer bearers of the Resident
Welfare Associations including
Shammi Kabir , Mukesh Bambani ,
Bharat Bhushan Singh , President of the Yuva
Morcha Anil and a large number of
youth workers . .
Prof. Mukhi stressed that the Law
and Order situation in Delhi had literally collapsed and rapists and corrupt hoarders
were holding the administration to ransom. Women were unsafe on the streets of Delhi.
Congress is in power both at the Center and Delhi but both governments have
totally failed to check abnormal price rise in case of essential commodities. Water
and Electricity are in short supply in spite of many times increase in rates. Fifteen
years of Congress rule in Delhi have led to total chaos so much so that the
Capital has earned the infamous title if being the Rape Capital of India. Liquor
vends have multiplied many fold. By evening the sale of illicit liquor becomes
rampant. . Unsocial elements roam freely on the streets even in day light.
Prof. Mukhi also pointed to the
insecurity being faced by children in the national Capital. Delhi alone
accounts for around 8 % of missing children from all over the country. Child trafficking
has assumed monstrous dimensions. Young boys and girls are brought to Delhi
from different parts of the country and sold as bonded laborers and to brothel
keepers.
Children forcibly disabled can be
seen begging at every red light signal. This leaves a very poor impression of
the city on foreign tourists. The Congress Government had boasted of making
Delhi a Shanghai but over the years it has become the shame of the country.
Prof. Mukhi held out the hope
that the ugly situation would came to a naught when on December 4, the people
of Delhi would vote
Over whelmingly for the BJP. He
exhorted all voters to teach a lesson to the corrupt Congress government and vote
for BJP.

इस अफसर पर प्रो मुखी ने कहा कि दिल्ली की कॉंग्रेस सरकार ने फ़ूड सिक्यूरिटी बिल का सब्जबाग दिल्ली वासिओ को दिखाते हुए कहा था कि ७० से ८० लाख लोगो को इसमे सस्ता अनाज मिलेगा परन्तु यह केवल घोशणाये ही रह गयी। दिल्ली में पेहेले से ही जो अंत्योदय योजना और बीपीएल कार्डधारक हैं उनमे से केवल मात्र १ लाख या २ लाख लोगों को ही दिल्ली सरकार फ़ूड सिक्यूरिटी में कवर कर पायी है जबकि दिल्ली कि मुख्यमंत्री ने ७० से ८० लाख लोगों को इसका फ़ायदा देने का वायदा किया था। जब जब चुनाव आते हैं दिल्ली कि मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा गरीबो का उपहास उड़ाने वाली घोषणाएं करके जनता को गुमराह करती रही है। दिल्ली कि जनता को कभी अनधिकृत कालोनियों को रेगुलर करने के नाम पर और कभी पक्के मकान देने के नाम पर तो कभी मुफ्त राशन के नाम पर गरीबो के वोट हथियाने के लिए सब्जबाग दिखती रही है परन्तु उन् घोषणाओं को अमली जामा ठोस रूप में कभी नहीं पहनाया गया जिसका नतीजा आज अनसुलझी समस्याओ के रूप में हम सबके सामने हैं।
प्रो मुखी ने कहा कि पिछले दो दशकों से मुख्यमंत्री के गुमराह करने वाली घोषणाओ से जनता को भ्रमित करने पर तुली रही है परन्तु दिल्ली कि जनता अब जान चुकी है कि दिल्ली कि मुख्यमंत्री और कांग्रेस पार्टी कि कथनी और करनी में बहुत अंतर है। आज गरीब जनता महंगाई और भ्रष्ट्चार की मार झेल रही है और इसका उचित जवाब आने वाले ४ दिसंबर को दिल्ली कि जनता दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री को देगी।
